Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI)

The UCI is the world governing body for sports cycling and oversees international competitive cycling events. Headquartered in Switzerland, it sets the rules of the sport, manages world rankings, and promotes cycling worldwide. As a UCI member, GCF ensures that Ghanaian cyclists compete under international standards and gain access to global events and opportunities.

Africa Cycling Confederation (CAC)

The CAC is the continental body responsible for developing and promoting cycling across Africa. It organizes African championships, coordinates regional development programs, and represents African cycling within the UCI. Through this affiliation, GCF collaborates with other African nations to strengthen the sport across the continent.

Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC)

The GOC is the official body responsible for Ghana’s participation in the Olympic Games and other multi-sport international competitions. National Sports Authority (NSA)

The NSA is the governmental body mandated to oversee, regulate, and support all sports activities in Ghana. It works closely with federations to provide resources, facilities, and policy guidance. GCF’s affiliation with NSA ensures cycling is recognized and supported as part of Ghana’s national sports agenda.

The Ministry provides national leadership in sports development and recreation.
